I'd say so. I use break system and it decreases ban rate by quite a bit. 

I dont understand it though. I just put some random shit in.

    When I get caught and banned, does my EOC account get banned as well?

    And howlong are the usuall bans?

    Your whole account gets banned, if i'm wrong correct me :)

    I did teaks from 94-99. (36-82 fm, but I stopped doing fm for better exp rates on wc :D)

    Did like 48 hour proggies, and this is right after I got banned for chopping yews for 28 hours :p

    Average interval: is after how long do you want it to take a break?

    Interval deviation: How long can it vary from the interval time

     

    Break time: how long does it take a break?

    Break time deviation: how long can it vary from the break time

     

    Example: I want it to take a break every 2-4 hours, for 30-60 min

     

    Average interval: 180 min (=3 hour)

    Interval dev: 60 min (so it can vary from 180-60 to 180+60 = 2-4 hour)

     

    Break time: 45 min

    Break time dev: 15 min (makes it vary from 45-15 to 45+15 min)

    First ban on 07 is most likey 2 days or 14 days then a perm ban and I think it's EoC account as well.

    Yeah a lot of people got 14 days ban on the first few months of OldSchool Runescape.
