Won't load my account

Featured Replies

Been trying to open up OSbot all day but every time I get a timeout error while it tries to load my OSbot account and won't sign in.

Any suggestions?

Disable your firewall and try running the bot. If you can log in, it means your firewall is blocking OSBot from making connections.

Nope that didn't work, still getting the exact same error - also just to mention, when loading at the top it says "OSbot BETA v1.7.12 [OFFLINE]" not sure if that's of any use at all :|

How about any anti-virus?

using mcafee? turn it off.

firewall off

make a exception for OSBot in your firewall.

download newest java

check for virus

reboot ur internet

still not working? contact Maxl

Tried that and did nothing either :(, tried rebooting my computer, un-installing and re-installing, updating Java, using a different type of Java, none of this has worked for me so far - it's only been since the V1.7.12 update before that everything was working perfectly

Had the same when I ran my bot overnight. Came back and it gave the same error as you mentioned.

It's the same error as everybody is receiving at the moment so I'm assuming it's some kind of bug with the new update? :$

Same problem :s Tried everything I know. Allowed to firewall, turned firewall off, rebootin, redownloadin/installing. Yesterday were working fine.

To the people with IPs that look something like 80.***.***.*** and had trouble connecting to the bot server yesterday. We experienced an attack on our server from multiple IPs in that range. Due to multiple rules, some people may have used the bot fine. Regardless, generally speaking, parts of that IP range was blocked temporarily to allow the server to continue serving other users without disruption. It has since been removed.
