Explanation: I purchased a proxy on the 16th of May. From the 16th all the way up to the 19th of May, it has been working on the 18th during day time only. It has been down the rest of the time. I know for sure I was filling the informations provided in the right way into the client. Tried to contact him multiple times to get things fixed and always got short and unclear answers. I know he's having IRL issues but there is no reason for him to not take 5 minutes of his time to help me out.  According to his terms of service, ''if any proxies are confirmed down for 24 hours, they will be promptly replaced free of charge''. I expect a refund for not respecting his terms of service.

I've moved the user into TWC for the duration of this dispute.

Thank you.

It's been 24 hours and the user hasn't logged in since May 18th.

I'm going to go ahead and ban him for now, and if he wishes to come back he will have to address this.

Thank you.
