Explanation: He bought GP from @Lloyd and then chargedback the next day. It was a chargeback from him because otherwise PP would label it as a 'Hold' rather than a 'chargeback'. He later had a scam report and played it off saying how he didn't do it and bla bla bla. @Lloyd won the dispute regardless, but @ilegal was let off the hook with the TWC rank because of fake fb... He later sold an account tp @iefdevos. After he sold the account (a few hours later), he wanted to sell his OSBot account for money - probably tried to get some extra money before he recovered his account back. Four days later, he recovered the account. This user has two negative feedback, both with enough evidence to the point where he should be banned already.

Evidence: Proof he bought 15m from @Lloyd as well as sold an account to @iefdevos:

The negative fb both users later left stating he scammed them:

Here, @iefdevos stated that @ilegal recovered the account he sold to him (he paid 27m), yet he wasn't banned: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/32850-

Here, @Lloyd stated that @ilegal chargedback the $40 he sent for 15m, yet he wasn't banned: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/29908-

Here, after scamming two people, @ilegal tries to sell his OSBot account: http://osbot.org/forum/topic/31724-

He's a threat to keep on here if nothing else. Both users that he scammed he left them negative fb also as if it were a joke.

Confirm what? I posted what they already posted...

Pictures don't always say everything and I just want to make sure that their version of the facts matches yours.

And obviously when a scam report is made we would like to make sure both parties to are at least aware of this instead of taking any rash decisions and start banning right away.

If it's facts, then there's only one version. If there were multiple versions, it wouldn't be called facts, but rather opinions.

They already posted threads - which I linked to in my OP - and @iefdevos claimed that @ilegal recovered an account already - as well as left negative feedback four days later - and @Lloyd already filed a scam report stating that @ilegal chargedback $40, which I also linked to. He also gave him negative fb - which is a picture, but you can go to his profile to verify it if you wish - the next day.

But anyway, I already asked them to post when I first made the thread. I guess they're just busy.

The evidence shown displays that the user is definitely a scammer, and he has been IP banned. Thank you for the report.
