Why it should be removed: False accusation of me scamming him, I gave him the fully working code (bought from a shop 2 hours earlier).

 

Details: He spent roughly 8 minutes after receiving the code before telling me it didn't work. We did the trade using OSBot Private Chat, so I'm sure there is some way of viewing when messages were sent.

User is completely bullshitting, I enter the code and go to redeem the 35 days membership and then it tells me the code is invalid (meaning it's been used or not a real code) I contacted Jagex about the code and I received this message:

If you did buy the card from the shop and it was a fully working code, take a picture of the front and back of the card and the receipt. Jagex will investigate it (Probably see who redeemed it, and tell me the ign, or give me my 35 days membership because something went wrong and you didn't scam me (doubtful) ).

 

 

This could've gone both ways so I suggest @Epsilon to contact Jagex and provide them pictures of both sides of the card and the receipt so hopefully Jagex can provide us more information regarding this.

Hi I can do that, So I email Jagex Support saying a 35 day code was already redeemed? With pictures of the card?

Also, what is the correct email account to send this to?

I've sent the email with the picture of the front/back of the card - I have gotten the receipt but it is almost impossible to read due to getting soaked in rain.

Correct, and I believe you can either contact them through twitter - here. Or through email, which i believe is billingsupport@jagex.com.

What did you send them, considering I contacted them about the code and your contacting them sending them the pictures. Screenshot what they send back and what you sent to them.

I'm pretty sure they can also check it without having the receipt but maybe if you don't they might not give you the information. Try to get a picture of it anyway and let us know when you've heard from them.

Got a faster reply than I thought. Here is what I sent, as suggested by Dex, and what the Mod replied with http://imgur.com/hWFA8ov,D2xHawR#0 Tbh that doesn't seem massively useful.

Yeah, that's not very helpful at all. Are you able to reply asking for any further information as to what account it was redeemed on, email, etc?

I can give it a go for sure. I will have to do it tomorrow as I have to be awake in 4 hours so I must sleep. I don't know their policy on sharing account informations etc but there is nothing to lose by trying.
