I've been having this issue for a month.

Not sure if this works but maybe you should try to delete all the notifications and see if that fixes the issue. (My Settings > My Notifications > Select all > Delete Selected)

Fixed.

 

If you encounter this problem once again, please try what I said above and see if that fixes it!
