i Felt the same way with my account. I stopped playing for a month when i came back everytime i tried teleporting it brought me into a random..and i mean everytime not 1 time it let me go without a random

It's random, the more xp/hr the more randoms too, I dont think it has anything to do with acc being flagged, but yeah Jagex has been stepping up their game on the anti botting technology so maybe thats why
