You can even get free hosting by yousrelf using Amazon AWS (Cloud servers) the first year is free, 750hrs uptime per month. Traffic wise it won't be able to handle much unless you upgrade, but its fine in the beginning when you setup the framework/layout of your site and all. And upgrading is pay per hour (on demand), demanding on what you need you can do some research later, or if you have questions you an add me on skype. Which I should make an account for soon.
