Use my script with frequent breaks.  I'd say all spots are equal ban rate.  Most bans are manually given by jagex

i did rooftop agility on one acc and got perm banned, then on my main i did it too and i got placed in the bot world after a few hours... i dont really trust rooftop agility sad.png

I thought the same thing and when I got 99 agility, I said to myself "Man, this cape really blows".

I have my eyes set on the mining cape wub.png

Had a lvl 3 get to level 82 agility before getting banned using rooftops. Just really take decent/long breaks and you should be fine tbh.
