do you even use the java libraries? you should have a look at the java docs and extend your knowledge, you will find you dont need tool kits then.

Player mods just have the |\/\/\/| at the beginning of their name. I presume player mods are the source of bot busting moderate bans.

Player mods can only mute.

I've actually encountered more JMods than I have pmods anyway

How about if the user has a crown next to their name.
