Then for the script it will be something like this:

+Esc::     ;Press Shift + esc to stop
BreakLoop = 1

+F1::      ;Press Shift + F1 to start
Loop {
  if(BreakLoop = 1)
    break
  send {Home} 
  sleep 50
  send {Home}
  sleep 240000
}
BreakLoop = 0
return

I really don't know what the home key ID is, you'll have to find that out on your own and replace HOMEKEY with whatever it is, but this is what it will end up looking like.

 

Apparently it's just Home.
