I really didn't want to make this dispute against him, since he is a really great guy and have helped me alot. But the VPS did not last longer than 15 days as he promised.

Hello there, I am deeply sorry for this downtime!

 

It went down last Satuday, 1 week from now, and at first I told all customers to wait upto 72 hours, but its been double that since then! 

 

I have had bad problems with my dataserver, which is hurting not only my customers, my reputation but also myself as all my personal VPSes is also down!

 

I understand the customers side of this issue, so I am to offer full refund to anyone that which to have so!

 

However, when I get the dataserver up I will send replacements + free extra week to everyone! 

 

I am now 90% sure it should work tomorrow morning, really hope so! If it's not up by then, and you can't keep waiting, then contact me for full refund!

After some discussion I finally managed to get my refund, I waited 24h as you said @Nick

 

Decided to only claim 1.5m of the refund beacuse I used the VPS for some days.
