He states he is buying or selling, (I can't tell) an account with level 44 runecrafting, tell me how that has nothing to do with accounts. It's hardly creation if it has 44 runecrafting.

You're paying for the account to be made, have the tutorial island done and have powerleveling done on it instead of buying the accounts themselves.

 

It's the same case as selling these accounts.

I don't see why this is allowed but account selling isn't? (For under 100 post count that is)

Because it's a service and not an account, If you have anymore questions come by the chatbox and feel free to ask. ^_^

The accounts could still be scammed in the same way, this is a rule flaw. You could get around this by selling an account as a service if you have under 100 post count. This shouldn't be allowed.

You need 100 posts before purchasing an account here.
