Ok, this happened to me and I've seen it happen to a few others at range guild.
Sometimes when 2 randoms are standing on top of each other, the random solver fails to click on the random on the bottom.
Like if player A and player B both got a random at the same time, player B's random was underneath player A's, player B's random solver won't be able to click on the random until it disappears.

 

Hope this gets fixed, would make you look suspicious lol.

Be carefull using ranging guild script though ;) I got banned there.  67-83 range

Yeah there is a bug with interacting with NPC's when there are two npc's on top of each other. I think I know what's causing this however we will have to come up with something smart to fix it. However, I noted this as a high priority issue.
