He didn't have time to get on and upload it tonight. Told me he apologizes to everyone and it will be released tomorrow sometime. 16

So, it's definitely not coming out right now or at least until we rectify all of the identified bugs. Basically, it's coming out when the known bugs are fixed, perhaps today, perhaps not. 3
