Fishing is a more slow money making method overall due to the amount of time it takes to get to shark, with the little profit till then and also that catch rate of sharks (at any level is low).

Woodcutting however u can make decent amount of money from 60+ chopping yews, if you not it safely you shouldn't get banned and should be able to start making bank close to magic logs.
