How can you guarantee that?

There's no authentication.

Literally anyone can use it if they know the IP address.

So basically you can't resell.

And once sold you can't take them back.

 

So basically

the proxies you have are free proxies, and you're trying to sell them.

You are selling free proxies from a socks proxy list called Socks 24.

You cannot prove anything, lol if im selling from a socks list then were the f*** did I get a http proxy
