False feedback

Why it should be removed: I don't think it's fair for me to have this neutral feedback and him not to, when a trade is done without any problems then both members leave positive feedback, when a user is scammed he leaves a negative feedback, and neutral for when there was a neutral outcome , in this trade with @LTS the outcome was neutral, I wasted 20 mins of my time and so did he, he was refunded because of my decision to cancel the order, I was very respectful with the cancelation, therefore I believe it should be removed and if not removed then I should be able to leave him a neutral feedback as I had a neutral time with this order,

Details: he ordered a torso I offered him 3mil for it completely forgetting how hard it is to do barb assault with a low level account , I then respectfully told him if like to cancel the order him being mad that the service was undone in retaliation left me a neutral feedback

Note: when @Nick removed the neutral that I left him he messaged me on skype saying "[8:15:30 PM] Lts1Service >>confirm with me on osbot<<: Did i see the fb to get removed?;)

<<< " <~~~~ this further proving that it has been done in retaliation

Appealing to get a feedback removed after being denied already will result in warning points next time.
