Marbled this baby up, slathered her in my secret recipe brisket rub, and toss her on the smoker where she will slumber for about 14 hours.

 

Ill pull her off around 2PM, let her cool down while well insulated for about 30-45 minutes, then carve her up.

Also going to be doing some pulled pork tomorrow so I will update with those pictures then.

    We already had our Easter "dinner" since most of my family will be at church / busy with other things tomorrow. ^_^
