Cant download 1.8.3 osbot client

tittle says it all, please help me out. when i click on download it shows me the download (using Google chrome) but when i choose the option to keep the download, it dos'nt download. it says network error? but clearly my network works fine.

This can be due to a few reasons:

  • Your internet connection is having issues stabilising thus causing the download to stop. Once the download has stopped and is unable to contine, you will then receive the "Network Error" error. You will then have to repeat the process in an infinite loop.

  • If the above happens and you manage to download the client, the client will most likely come up with a corrupt jar message such as:

  • The OSBot servers are under heavy DDoS attack and are unable to allow other users to connect to the main domain where the OSBot download file is held, you will need to wait until OSBot is secure and ready for users to download.

  • You have a program IE: Antivirus or Firewall blocking the download between your computer and the OSBot servers.

Example:

If you have Norton as an anti-virus, It is most likely the reason OSBot will not connect. You need to turn off the "Smart Firewall" for it to connect.

Hopefully this helps. Regards,

  • 2 weeks later...

There is a newer version of OSBot available to download fyi

Just download it with a different browser or follow what Gilgad said. I'll request this to be locked / moved to resolved as it has been inactive for over a week and with the responses you should be able to solve your issue.
