My right leg, side of my shin hurts whenever i run. When i tried to specifically to look the painful spots, I did not found though i did found a specific spot where i touch it i feel a little straight line sharp bone moving.

Sounds like something you should see a doctor about if you're really that worried. A simple X-ray will tell them everything.

You probably have shin splints, which is irritated and swollen muscles, often from overuse. Shin splits are common, so don't be scared.

  • Rest your body. It needs time to heal.
  • Ice your shin to ease pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days, or until the pain is gone.
  • Anti-inflammatory painkillers. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), like ibuprofen, naproxen, or aspirin, will help with pain and swelling. These drugs can have side effects, though, like a greater chance of bleeding and ulcers. They should be used only occasionally unless your doctor says otherwise.
  • Arch supports for your shoes. These orthotics -- which can be custom-made or bought off the shelf -- may help with flat feet.
  • Range-of-motion exercises, if your doctor recommends them.
  • Neoprene sleeve to support and warm your leg.
  • Physical therapy to strengthen the muscles in your shins.

A simple X-ray will tell them everything.

Nope

Tell us how it happened and maybe I can understand better.

As of now I agree with NotABott, it is most likely shin splints. I had these earlier in the year, makes it really hard for you to put pressure on that leg while exercising. Look here, http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/shin-splints , if you're worried go to the doctor.

How so, "Master"?

And if it isn't shin splints? You're on a forum, you can't tell him he has shin splints officially as his source of issue. It's possible, but at the same time it isn't. :facep:

I don't know it just came. Whenever i try to play football (My hobby), I feel a pressure on my side of my shin every step. Today I looked at my shin to why it hurts and tried to touching every spot and then i felt a specific spot where i felt a little bone moving all the way to my foot.

I never said it was shin splints for sure. I said he probably has shin splits.

You said an xray will tell them everything. It will tell them if he has a fracture or not, but that's not everything. Word choice man

I'm pretty sure it would catch the fact that apparently his bone is moving inside of his leg, according to what he's said so far.

Alright but you're not getting what I'm saying. That picture says it will rule out a stress fracture. It won't tell him everything though. (which is what you said that I disagreed with) He may not even have shin splints. I had a stress fracture that didn't show up on an xray (the picture you supplied supports this) so just another reason why an xray will not prove everything.
