He acknowledged it the first time, I don't know if he forgot or was playing stupid; but I did inform him and the second time I did so he acts like nothing was ever told to him, which I find a little uncanny. 

We cannot do anything against the user @Cinnamon after all of the outlets have been tested, thank you for the cooperation.

Edit by Maldesto: The lack of evidence posted by the OP was the reason we opened this again. Our apologizes to @Cinnamon for not having the full story. The evidence we were given showed us that Cinnamon was in the wrong, once the full evidence came it was proven @Cinnamon was in the right.
