I dont know where to pose this as the topic was locked without me giving my input.

As to the situation i ordered for powerlevelling to be done LEGIT which i paid 1.5 to REALIFE. at no point where he had the account in his hands was i told he had quit the service and passed the acc to protoking. On top of this, this is our last convo(see below**) where we started talking and as soon as i mention the acc he doesnt respond which made me suspicious and log on the acc. As i try to log on the acc says its banned. If i were to not of tried to log on who knows when they would have notified me that the acc had been banned. and please do not mention Flagged IPs as the user stated it was not because of that.
In conclusion the removal of the negative fb shouldn't have been removed because it is justified. It is not a neutral fb it is NEGATIVE because he did the complete opposite of what i asked him to do therefore the negative should remain there.
On this site i only see the negative fb used on banned users or pre-banned users for scamming and such. This makes it some what pointless. why leave negative fb when the user is banned already? 
This situation here should come under the negative fb because members should see that this User went against what the customer (me in this case) ordered.

Bans are going to happen during services, that's undeniable. It's not worthy of a negative feedback if you have been refunded.

 

You may leave a neutral feedback since you should have been refunded by protoking.

@Nick, no a ban is not undeniable during a service when you order it to be done by HAND / LEGIT. 2nd of all shouldn't you confirm with ME if i have been refunded? isnt that what your meant to do :s
The main reason for this isnt about the refund its about the negative fb remaining there.

We have discussed the refund and i will give it back when i return from school. We have told you about the ban and its not our fault. The feedback should be kept off because it was not our fault and neither the workers. We even have a specific sentence on top of the page that reads"​We are receiving a high ban rate at the moment. Please be aware and order at your OWN risk.".

Just to add on more info i've spoken with protoking about a refund and he said he'll refund me when he gets back from school which im not worried about. The main issue here is that the fb should have remained there.

omg please do not try and justify the ban, it was to be done LEGIT, this is stressing me out. If someone was to order legit powerlevelling from me i would be inclined to remove the t.o.s section which is about bans because it is to be done by HAND. the only way it could get banned is by a flagged ip which you guys already admitted that it wasnt.

The only way it was banned if Realife or who he passed the order when he quit (which if you could provide info on what date he actually left @protoking) botted the order which to me deserves a negative fb.

As i have explained to you this was prior to me having workers. Any way on topic can you provide info of when realife quit the service? so then we can establish if it was him that botted an order that should of been done manually.

the account was ment for BLOCKSTAR to create himself, I know the person who is actually buying the account and he told me that BLOCK is having us doing a service for him.

If an order is done by hand then there is no possible way to receive a ban. With that being said, your T.O.S is voided considering you're indeed responsible for the ban that was given on his account since you were supposed to be completing the service by hand. Whoever failed the service will recieve a negative, and the OP must be refunded in full within the next 24 hours, thank you.

First of all, the T.O.S should not be into consideration because he specifically broke one of the rules on the T.O.S by logging into the account while i was doing the service(before i quit).

which i can/will provide proof of if necessary.

Realife your just making things up now. The only time i logged on during service was when it was hacked. 2nd of all Nike did not specify he didnt want anyone else to do it? where did you get this information from.. I have recieved the refund of 1.5M from protoking just now. But as for the negative fb, Protoking and Realife need to provide evidence of who was last on the acc when it was banned. Realife claims he passed the acc to protoking while it was unbanned.

Evidence of what you proclaim would be extremely helpful. And either way, him logging onto the account still doesn't explain the reason he was banned for a service that was supposed to be completely done - by hand.

look at Nike's thread, it clearly says that Nike did not want anyone else but you and your services on the account, so why send it to our services. This lead to the whole situation

Nike did not mention anything of the sort prior to our agreement before he paid. It is my fault however that this situation arised. This still does not justify why a service i ordered to be done by hand was hit with a bot busting ban.
