I bought VPS services from Fireswap for 8 USD.

 

However, two weeks in, I had some connection issues with my vps and had to restart the vps. I have attempted to contact him but he is never on skype. I have also posted on his thread several times.

 

I don't want to get him banned, because he is a cool guy. But he hasn't been on for ages and I would like to atleast get a response from him. Or perhaps get a partial refund.

If he signs in and ignores the dispute at that moment we'll take action against the user but until then we'll have to wait, thank you for your patience.

The user has been banned and can appeal if he wishes to return to the community.
