basicly computer broke and they sent out guy to pick up and everything. they then send me an email so I can accept that if they need to remove my password I will let them. (Otherwise they will just restore my computer to factory settings) so I accept and sign and everything. got the computer back today and guess what? they went and restored my computer to factory settings. Really annoying -.-. anyone else had problems with asus or is it just me? its aweful atm
