Advertising other sites isn't allowed

He clearly isn't advertising any sites at all... Plus a lot of people here use PA to sell GP/Accounts.

    This indeed does come under the rule of "Advertising".

    P.A Is a commercial website. Doesn't matter if you speak about it, however posting a direct link is not allowed.
