If you notice, Members is #FFF when in your UCP, but not on the rest of the site.

 

A huge deal, i know.

It is like that, because you are viewing a members page. Just like when you view my page it goes white too, to highlight that you are viewing a member.  

 

Just like when you leave feedback it goes white.
