Start getting big? (muscle)

Don't do creatine.... Creatine is just water weight/muscle, your not actually building anything with creatine. Get a protein shake, drink it every morning and work out everyday and you will see a huge differnce. I use muscle tech myself, it's like 3,000 calories in one shake, but I use milk instead of water for the extra calories.

Simple - Pull ups. Find somewhere to do them, maybe get something like a finger board or do it over the stairs or something like that

just do as many as u can couple times a day, maybe stick ur legs at 90 degrees for some core as well, and just keep doing that over and over ^^

Its all About eating the right foods and working out PROPERLY, When i was in highschool we had weight classes. I suggest taking one (If its an option) Free workouts + you learn how to properly use free weights. If not starting at the gym on machines is good but if you want to build free weights is the way to go. And DONT focus on one thing so much ie: Biceps. If you want results you work out your whole body. Pick a day of the week to work 2-3 muscle groups a day gives your body time to relax and if you can afford it, Protein PROTEIN PROTEIN! One i like in particular is Rebuilt RAW Mass. Its expensive but with the correct workout and diet youll see results. and On top of lifting dont forget to cut. High reps lower weights. Define and sculpt your body. If you can afford a gym, Most allow a 1 free person u can bring with(Find a partner) its always good to go with someone especially if you're nervous and only worry about yourself. how else do you think those meat heads got big? And the whole 8 sets 3 rep is amazing to gain muscle. but you also want to confuse your muscles. youll gain and it will be harder once the muscle memory kicks in, just make sure you add more weight or find a wrok out different from the reps you're doing. Goodluck man!

you must eat for bigger body, maybe send us picture of your body so we can tell how bad is your condition and recommend what to eat.

So im currently 16 and at school I am not exactly the 'biggest' im considered the lanky/skinny one. I was wondering what is a good way to start building my arms, like what weight to start off with (kinda hoping to do it at home instead of a gym, but either is good).

Home workout:

Squats

Push ups

Butterfly crunches

Curls (No weights? Load a backpack with books or some other heavy object and use the handle)

3 sets of 8 heaviest you can go if that helps at all.

"ike what weight to start off with (kinda hoping to do it at home instead of a gym, but either is good)."

A weight you can lift? We can't tell you m8.

Seems like you just want bigger arms, so for me:

Worked like a charm.

Worst trainer on youtube, I don't know how he is #1 subscribed fitness channel. All he fuckin' does is give advice, he used to be waaaaaaaay better when he actually did lifting.

On the other hand, his dumb ass commercials just make me want to rip my eyeballs out.
