Kittens Posted March 31, 2014 Author Share Posted March 31, 2014 That dispute has nothing to do with an improper VPS. i still don't like random people being able to sell VPS's a 100 post req was put on who can sell and buy accounts and that tremendously curved the scam rate on buying/selling accounts.
