Explanation:

Ok, so i bought the account for 15m 07 gp, we used RoomScape as a MM, he gave me first pw, second pw, recoverys, so i paid and got on the account, i looked at website and changed my email, there was like 3-5 emails change requests but i didnt think of any suspicious things, then i played for around 5 hours, then i got kicked out of RS, account locked, i tried to recover it but i get denied within the first minute, then i contacted ReaLife and he tried to, he gets denied himself , i think that proofs hes not the real owner, then i contacted jagex and they say they couldnt help, as there was no appeal from the real owner.

 

Also i gave him around a week for trying to recover.. he failed.

Nowhere in your thread does it say you aren't the original owner.

 

It is your job to either get the account unlocked or provide a refund to the user.

I said yes, to recoveries because i made them, yes to recent passwords because he gave me first pass and i made the others, and bank pin i said yes, I"M the ORIGINAL OWNER of EMAIL it says on the thread, lol how is this proof I scammed him...

When @RoomScape asked you if you were the original owner and had everything, you said yes. Everything from then on is irrelevant. It doesn't matter if you now fess up and explain that you purchased the account. If you had stated you weren't the original owner this transaction may have not even occurred.

 

Since you've failed to unlock the account from him, your only other option is a refund via PayPal, or Runescape Gold, unless he allows you to pay him back in another shape or form.
