Need Help: Can't stop being banned..

This is what I've been doing:

Turning my bots on at 1pm EST (5pm GMT, I assume Jagex works 8am-5pm GMT which is equal to 4am-1pm where I live, EST)

Turning my bots off at 10-10:30pm EST (I go to bed around 9pm but set the bot to take a break starting at around 10:30 that will last 1440 minutes so that it is still in the break when I wake up in the morning. I turn my bots off in the morning, and then reactivating them via my phone at 1pm EST with teamviewer)

I run one bot on my home IP, then all my additional bots (2-3 more) on their own seperate proxy.

I haven't been using breaks.

On Sunday, I let the bots run all day and I try to get really long proggys.

Unfortunately, I let my bots run late last night, turning off at around 12am (Kicked for login limit exceeded), 1am (break handler, in w385), and 1:30am (break handler, w386) respectively. When I checked on them this morning, I saw a "Login limit exceeded from this address" on my home IP account. I attempted to log into my flax picking bot, which I immediately got a DC. Then I logged into my abyss nature account, and DCed. Then I attempted to log onto my home IP account and received account disabled.

The flax picking bot was made last night at around 10pm EST, and I ran it for 3 hours before stopping from a break. The abyss nature bot was exactly 1 week old, and I logged it out at 1:30 via breakhandler.

Somehow it seems Jagex detected all the accounts on my computer and then banned them when they got to work early today.

How can I fix this? I can't allow my farms to be wiped out constantly.

Perhaps there is a way I can get a new ip for myself? Should I get rid of all the proxies that I have used and start completely fresh?
