Don't question something you don't have.

If it was offensive, don't approve it, don't give me pointless infractions. It's kinda funny as you did the same stuff on a different site, and you got nowhere, and I can assume you wont last much longer here.

If I want to be a pro at moderating incorrectly I'll know where to go.

It has to be approved before being hidden to be kept as a record.

Mod logs aren't even published as a performance indicator so there goes your theory on that one.

    Nobody saw it, so the infraction wasn't needed, and it was hardly sexual as 0 nudity was actually shown, it was a YouTube link, it's not like they'd allow porn videos to uploaded. How did you not learn the last time you were a Moderator.
