well i see there is a hope for initiate pure, zerker, or just main! dharok works fine also

I'd say get 70 atk since you already leveled attack more than 60, and get 91 - 99 strength. Train range a bit so it brings your hitpoints considerably higher, then stake. Most people you will be staking are going to be 45 def 70 atk lower strength people, so you'll have a good advantage.

70/99 atk, 99 strength, 1 defence, 99  range, 99 mage, 99 hp (if you have the money) if not, 99 atk/str 1 def and F2P pk
