Title, Does spinning flax give you a quick ban?

 

I still see alot of Flax spinning bots so.. :P

Picking flax and flax spinning are just asking for a ban if you bot.

You could better write an email to jagex and ask them to ban you because you're botting. Will be less chance on a ban.

To be honest, its not. Just use regular breaks and things and your cool. Of course you can get banned, but its not really higher than any other easy moneymaking methid.

Who uses breaks when spinning flax? If you care about the account and want to make money, use some other method thats 5x as better

Well, flax and bowstring is like 60k an hr and not really worth the risk of a ban over.

Why would you not? Buy flax 35 ea and sell for 100 gp ea? You spin atleast 1k an hour so its vry good money for almost no req, and break are not to hard to set...

I've botted 15-18h a day with several flax spinners and got banned at like 80-85 crafting. With some of the bots even at lower level as both of the accounts got banned at the same time. But yeah, it's still worth it. Will probably bot them again soon

Flax is outdated.

There are much better methods with lower banrates and much better profit per hour, yes most have them have requirements but you can't say flax doesn't considering you have to make a new account every 2 days (make new email, go through rs3 tutorial, buy bond, go through osrs tutorial...).

I have done 50h sessions of spinning with no ban, if you go to a world with lots of people you got a low chance of a ban.
