Still paying but bot isnt on my premium scripts tab

I bought Pseudo's range guild bot a while back and have been using it on and off for a while...anyways a few days ago it disappeared from my premium scripts tab, and yesterday it charged me the renewal fee even though it's not in my scripts tab. Is this a bug or am I just missing something?

this happened to me today as well when i went to use cmh mining guild script, my sub renewed on 9th of this month but it does not appear in premium tab
