User needs to be banned instantly. It was partly my fault for trading a brand new osbot account but god damn did he chargeback quick.

Player seems to be still not banned. He should be ip banned instantly to avoid furthur disputes. Also he just won the dispute (of course) on paypal and the money he sent has been sent back to him. Buyer always wins.

How could he win the dispute so quickly?
