Hi, every time I try to open a tab for a bot it says you need to sign in, so I click the signed out button to sign in but nothing happens.

 

I've tried to redownload the bot numerous times but is still happening .

 

Any help please??

You should update your Java at https://www.java.com/en/download/.

 

Choose your version, download and install. If it still doesn't work, post back here.

Downloaded new java and re downloaded bot again but its still not letting me click the signed out button

Get your appropriate version of JDK then as well.

Just done that also but still cant click the button just doesnt do anything when I click it

Do you have any special charterers iinside of your password?

Swift I dont even get the chance to put my password in because I click on the button but it doesnt open for me to sign in. But no i dont

Have you tried deleting the osbot folder in %user%
