**WHAT CAN SOMEBODY DO WITH UR IP** HELP

Featured Replies

Not much but don't feed the guy either. By that I mean just simply ignore him. Don't give him any reason to do anything drastic

He can steal all of your account information, DDoS and more with only an IP.

I have had this many of times they can do things but if its over 20m i can see him just messing with ya deleting you and never being seen again

Block > Forget about it > Move on > Completed.

So someone is trying to scam my friend blablalblablalblablalalaba

Not gonna tell the whole story but.. he wants to join our Skype call

Obv he can get our IP's

What can he do with it? Or what else can he do? We're not stupid to click links

Edit: this guys writes malware and scams gold seller sites and has gotten over 3b rs07

He can get a good 5 mile radius of where you live and DDoS you. If you're getting DDoSed constantly, and he dosen't give it up you can either change your IP or call your ISP to come and change it for you for like 30 something dollars. Just make sure your version of windows is up to date and there's not much he can do with it besides DDoS you.

People are stupid they can't find your exact address unless they have access to ISP information which means you'd have to be in some type of law enforcement to get. I wouldn't worry about DDoS so much, it wouldn't be worth spending the time to DDoS you.
