Dodgy ass practices. Call your credit card company and say you didnt authorize the charge, if its through paypal dispute the payment from them first and say you never recieved your product. But if that fails straight up call your bank and tell them you did not authorize the payment, it will normally be reversed with very little questions asked as long as it was charged as a credit card or credit charge (Not debit)

it was debit but it was through paypal, if i dont get it by tomorrow im disputing it plus adding punitive so i get more money

How the fuck was it debit through paypal? Tell your bank your paypal was compromised and you didnt authorize the charge
