Well.. I couldn't get a picture but I seen it with my own eyes..

I was at monks and I got the sandiwich lady random while the monk was still attacking me, the bot wouldnt first kill the monk or run away from the monk then try to talk to the sandwich lady, it was trying to talk to the sandwich lady while it was being attacked resulting in the bot not being able to talk to the sandwich lady because of the monks interference, this can lead you to being smacked in the head by the sandwich lady .. and you know what can possibly happen after that

He got the sandwich lady random event in the middle of fighting a monk

The bot tried to solve the random by talking to the sandwich lady mid-combat

The monk would then attack the player 

The bot would continue to try solve the random

and the monk would attack the player

After a while the sandwich lady would hit him the a baguette and teleport him into a random place

You cannot do this random event in combat*
