Whats the xp ph like?

2k via afking monks, 5-6k an hr with potions killing seagulls.

 

 

i normally afk monks for say 10 hours a day, and manually train 1-2 hours @ seagulls.

i can't do PC till im 85 def, aka (40 combat) which is required to enter pc.

 

so no im not doing it yet :P but i will, its like 10x faster exp then afking monks or 3-4x faster then killing seagulls with pots.
