script Refresh button does nothing

few weeks ago when i click the refresh couple of times it would worked

but lately it does nothing. i have to restart the client to refresh any of my scripts.

idk if this is me only? 

Just switch tabs, IE: Free scripts, press refresh, nothing happens, press premium, press free scripts.

i got nothing but local and they all my own. anyway tried it and didn't work

idk why but i'm trying this on a new laptop windows 8

Oh yeah I experience that with local as well, that's a client bug, just hit refresh a few times and it'll pop up eventually.

that did work but no longer now, the thing is that this happened in the past then was fixed some time last year or at least it was for me loading on the first try
