Clean up threads in the Gold selling/buying section

People like RiskingGps make 2 threads per section in the gold market.

 

He makes a buying and selling thread in the selling section AND buying section.

The buying section allows only to BUY gold and not SELL gold.

This counts for the selling section aswell.

 

 

I'll look into this right now.

Most of the mods aren't active in the market, so we miss things like this.

Should let arctic be market mod or promote someone to market mod, lol.

We might have moderators that specialize in certain areas. For example, we may assign Arctic moderation of the market, but still give him the power of a global.
