bond is just a thingo ingame that can be exchanged for mem (14 days i think), runecoins or treasure hunter

And ingame item that gives you 14 days membership or spins on SOF and something else

 

It's around 6m~ RS3 money to buy or you can buy it with IRL money from Jagex, it costs 10% of GE price to make it tradable, once traded it will become untradable again
