This site pertains to the game, 'RuneScape'. Therefore, we have sections with regards to the sale of merchandise relating to RuneScape. Other people also play other games and do other stuff, which is fine, and they'll probably want to buy or sell some stuff with those other games or items. Since it's not directly corresponding with the game that this site was made in reference to, they were put into the 'Other' category as to have a variety of other trades associated with relating people. even though it's not directly relating to RuneScape.

It could be more specific, with subforums and such, but that's not the main focus of this site so it's all in one section.
