Where can I find the NPC list and item ID list?

However I suggest you use the names of NPCs rather than their IDs.

You can always use the client's entity debugger to find the IDs of any object.

Do not use NPC IDs, but rather their names, OSBot has support for all Entities that use names. The IDs change frequently.
