Report of the scam: I was leaving the Tribe aoi for good as his coins clan is taking to long to setup , I asked for all my money 1M he owes me ,  The deposit I paid and also the money from the scammer (sharkyz)
Details: He told me he wasnt in the tribe aio, then tells me he wasnt in the tribe at the time he scammed me. I provide him with my dispute against sharkyz, so I then ask for proof of the time sharkyz left. He then tells me he doesnt carry proof. He ends by telling me he will not refund me because I have caused a issue, by confronting him about my pay. I feel this isnt right and I am owed the money

ok there is a AIO service called Tribe AIO, I payed my insurance and buy in fee's. So Im now leaving and want my insurance (10m). He owes me 1m from a couple months ago. (11m). He recruited a user , I gave the user a job for horror of the deep, I came back to see my account has been stolen (aswell as 12m+ wealth) who scammed me off 36m+, but he refuses to pay Sharkyz insurance money as he claims I ordered just after sharkyz (scammer) left. so thats 7.5m, in total I am owed 21m. Let me sleep and try make it clearer, maybe pipi can show his side in the meantime.

FUN FACTS

His Toc states he will refund, however he claims sharkyz left just before I gave him the job

He gives out 1 job a week between 7 people (hes only interested in buy ins)

I provided more jobs to the workers than him

It took me over a week to get the payment of the only job he supplied, I had to get another user involved to confront him as he ignores my skype messages

Can you ask matrix and route 66 also matt attacked, all these users where active when sharkyz was doing my job.

Can you show me his T.O.S stating that he will refund your insurance fee? I still have no idea what is going on with 1m situation, if you could post evidence of why you think you deserve it that'd help immensely.

Nowhere does it state that you can be refunded the insurance money you've paid in, do you have any type of previous agreement with him saying that he'll do this for you? @solononforever wanted me to put here, that when i paid for 1m 07 Gold from Pipidaga i had paid for the gold to Pipi dagas paypal, and then he messaged Solononforever to give me the 1m, which he did.

the workers doc has nothing to do with refunding insurance pay, Due to a mod removing the thread showing proof that he refunds insurance so if the mod brings it back and reads it then more progress will be made.

The fact you deleted it and removed all evidence should put you in TWC

PipiDiga will have to refund you the insurance money, as he removed a thread stating that you can be paid back the insurance dues here. Since you paid your insurance fee before he removed the agreement then he still owes you what was promised in the original agreement. As far as the 1m is concerned I cannot grant you that considering you have no evidence.
