I think what you're saying is selling your source code/rights to a script which yes it is allowed on OSBot. Alek sold his kminer source previously to GoldenGates in the past.

Not directly to someone, but you can sell it through SDN.

He's talking about source code and etc. He's not talking about like a scripter would be allowed to sell private scripts made for users and etc. Like I sell my own AIO Rcer for 40 bucks privately and people can PM me and buy it off me and etc like that. But If i were to sell the source code and rights to it then someone can buy it off me and further develop it or do whatever they choose to do with it.

Oh, in that case, I don't see why not since others have done this before as long as he never resells it again because it isn't his property any more.
