and i have a 500k budget. 

you cant survive with 500k budget

You need a crap ton of sara brews, rune (preferably diamond(e)) bolts, and loads of purple sweets

well then it looks like ill be money making, still what do i need?

Blk dhide body, blk dhide chaps, b gloves or blk d hide vambs, Avas accumulator, snakeskin boots, amulet of glory, God book or rune kite/granite shield, Rune crossbow, 2k diamond bolts (e), Archer helmet, 7 brews, 21 restores.

 

Thats probably the cheapest gear for jad.
