I bought a firecape service from AestheticJad only. I gave my Username and Password to him on Skype, name Rambo.specs. 

 

His worker failed the Jad then stole approximately 66.2m worth of wealth off my account.

 

I have screenshots of Aesthetic claiming responsibility for the theft and saying he shouldn't have trusted the employee. Over the last 72 hours I have been led around with the promise I would get 60m back from him, which each time we came close to transfering the gp I was given an excuse as to why he couldn't do it. I have the entire transcript of our Skype conversation and will happily provide it.

First argument: I can't take responsibility for my workers action, he paid a insurance fee to allow him access to peoples accounts with a limit on wealth, i was never warned about "Toogie's" wealth.

My thread, first of all lets me start off by saying there is a reason for why i take a insurance fee from my workers, to prevent cases like this. Before ordering from me he never warned me or told me anything about his account ( Can provide whole skype conversation, he never tells me about the wealth), all the information i was told was that there is 2m on it , and it's ready to do jad. He then made his order and handed the details over to me.I handed these details directly to my worker for him to get started. My worker stopped responding me and logged out, i had my reasons to start worrying, so i right away told Toogie to change his password and hope for the best (picture) 2822qlv.jpg

 

Second argument: The user can't provide his loss. He does not have a picture before starting the service of his bank, and since he never told me i did not login to get one either, he was in JAD at the moment. So i can't be 100% positive if he did have the items before start or not.

Third argument: I clearly tell in my thread that if my worker decided to do something like this he will be kicked right away, and the insurance fee will be covering up for the loss. However since the loss was so big in this case (according to the customer) I tried my best to see if i could refund 100%, however my boss wont let me. He is set that we follow our Terms of Service, which everyone that uses my service agree on automatically if using my service.

 

Another picture, he did not read my thread to see the warning . "Clearly says you should hand me the items if its over 15m under service". He did not read.

Conclusion: All i can do is refund the insurance money of my worker, i can not do anything else, especially when there is no proof at all either of his items on the account.

Pay it to him at your convenience, the worker that has scammed him has been banned. Post here when he has been given the insurance payment.

I do have proof that I told the business owner about 11m worth of wealth on the account. He only took 5m insurance after being informed of 11m just in my character's inventory.

Sorry to be such a bother but I was just looking through the conversation again. He told me he'd get me a fire cape as part of compensation for losing my stuff, is he still held to that?

He will have to get you a firecape if he agreed to doing so, or he will have to compensate you for how much the service costed total. Also you must be given the insurance money that was paid by the worker that is now banned for scamming. Please tell me when he has done all of the following.

Why doesn't he have to cover the 11m he was told about before I gave him my information? It isn't my fault he didn't add the items up and assumed 5m would cover them.
